What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all full-priced items. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and security ribbons attached.
How do I determine my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Our garments generally follow UK sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up as our signature lace and structured fabrics have minimal stretch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How should I care for my self-portrait garments?
Due to the delicate nature of our lace, sequins, and embroidery, we recommend professional dry cleaning only for most of our pieces. Always check the specific care label inside your garment.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, we process it quickly to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. You may return the item for a refund once it has been received.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For orders to the UK, USA, and EU, duties and taxes are included in the final price. For other international destinations, you may be responsible for import duties upon delivery.
