We want you to be completely satisfied with your Self-portrait purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garments are unworn to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival.
